We are launching a new partnership with “Consort Armenia” NGO
On July 14-15, 2025, within the framework of the “Transforming the Lives of Children with Disabilities through AT and AAC” program, implemented in cooperation with “Consort Armenia” NGO and UNICEF, a two-day course was held for the specialists from the Republican Pedagogical-Psychological Center.
The Course was dedicated to the presentation of Modern and Assistive Technology (AT) for Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).
The aim of the Course was to improve the quality of life of people with special needs, using the latest technology and international experience, by expanding their opportunities to express themselves, learn, and use their potential.
Camille Matta, Founder of Consort World, presented innovative approaches in this direction, attaching particular focus on the following issues:
- ✦ How to identify the specifics of a child’s education?
- ✦ How to choose the right means of support?
- ✦ What is their role in ensuring inclusive education?
The initiative was aimed at creating equal opportunities for children with different characteristics, while promoting the full realization of each child’s potential.
