Manual for educators and psychologists

Within the framework of cooperation between RPPC and the “Institute of Liberal Politics”, the manual “DEVELOPMENT OF SOFT SKILLS AS A FACTOR FOR PREVENTING AND OVERCOMING BULLYING” was developed and published by RPPC. It is intended for educators and psychologists.
The aim of the manual is to:

  • ✦ reduce the manifestations of bullying in public educational establishments,
  • ✦ upgrade the abilities of educators in the direction of preventing and overcoming bullying,
  • ✦ make learners more aware and protected,
  • ✦ contribute to the creation and establishment of a violence-free environment.
It includes various resources as a practical toolkit providing maximum opportunities for overcoming and preventing bullying in schools (scenarios, role-plays, videos, materials needed to conduct effective conversations and discussions with children to identify and report bullying).
This manual:
  • ✦ will help to practically get acquainted with the basic concepts and principles related to child protection,
  • ✦ understand what it means to take a systematic approach to child protection,
  • ✦ will help to create a safe environment in an educational institution for all students,
  • ✦ as well as effectively prevent and overcome any manifestation of bullying towards children․
