We would like to inform you that the Republican Pedagogical-Psychological Center, in cooperation with the Education Inspection Body, the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs, Yerevan Municipality, Regional Administrations, and Territorial Pedagogical-Psychological Support Centers, is taking measures, as needed and necessary, to address the cases of

violence (including bullying) in educational institutions and to carry out preventive measures.

Due to the increase in reports of violence (bullying), we consider it necessary to note that our response to recorded cases is carried out as promptly and specifically as possible.

Based on each specific case of violence (bullying) and the circumstances of each case, RPPC conducts a visit of an expert team to the educational institution, where comprehensive work is carried out with all parties involved in the incident. During the visits, meetings and conversations take place with the school teachers, administration, psychologist, students, and parents. As a result of the research work implemented in several stages, based on the explanations, conclusions, and suggestions of the psychologist and experts, an appropriate decision is made and a conclusion is issued. The Republican Pedagogical-Psychological Center, together with the RA MoESCS, the Education Inspection Body, and cooperating organizations, is implementing work to provide a comprehensive solution to the problem.

The Hotline of the Republican Pedagogical-Psychological Center of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia operates from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a break from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
