The aim of the methodological Manual entitled “How to Ensure Access to Education for Visually Impaired Learners” is to support teachers in general educational institutions, educators in preschool educational institutions, and specialists from Territorial Pedagogical-Psychological Support Centers in the process of ensuring access to education for children with vision impairments. The Manual presents strategies for the inclusion of learners, physical and environmental adaptations in accordance with the special educational needs of all learners with visual impairments, as well as supporting technologies and methodologies aimed at organizing the educational activities for those children, their active participation in the classroom process, and their access to education.
