On May 30, 2025, a Pedagogical Conference entitled “ONE STEP TOWARDS ACCESSIBLE EDUCATION” was held in Gyumri, which was initiated and organized by Shirak Territorial Pedagogical-Psychological Support Center.
The Conference was aimed at addressing the key issues of universal inclusion, the introduction and application of innovative methods necessary for its full implementation, and the discussion of challenges in this direction and mechanisms for confronting them.
More than 200 people participated in the Conference, including leading specialists in the education sector, representatives of educational institutions, and Territorial Pedagogical-Psychological Support Centers, as well as interested non-governmental organizations, school principals, and parents.
During the reports, particular attention was given to the priorities of the sector, which relate to the introduction of tools and technologies that promote inclusive education, effective support services, and the development of professional capabilities. The participants spoke about the prospects for the development of the sector, based on the application of new technologies, current teaching models, joint solutions, and innovative approaches.
RPPC Deputy Director Haykuhi Adamyan, Head of the Department of Assessment Liana Margaryan, and Head of the Department of Training and Methodological Support Ani Gareginyan also delivered reports at the Conference.
The Conference was accompanied by the use of relevant topics and interactive methods, ensuring an effective and positive atmosphere, and creating a platform for new opportunities for cooperation.
The formula for making education accessible is shaped through the collaborative work of all sectors.
