The Training was conducted by RPPC Deputy Director Haykuhi Adamyan. The Training Module, “Overcoming Gender Stereotypes in the Context of Creating a Safe and Secure Educational Environment: Gender and Emotion,” was developed by RPPC experts.
The Training was aimed at raising awareness among specialists about recognizing gender stereotypes, providing them with appropriate tools, methods, and skills aimed at preventing and eliminating gender discrimination, ensuring equal opportunities for success for all students regardless of gender.
Trained organizations have the opportunity to apply for a sub-grant announced within the framework of the “Socialization Without Discrimination: Promoting Healthy Emotions and Equal Relationships” program.
