DEAR PSYCHOLOGISTS,
The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia announces the acceptance of applications for voluntary certification for psychologists providing pedagogical-psychological support from September 1 to October 31, 2025.
An application for voluntary certification can be submitted by:
- ✦ psychologists of preschool and general educational institutions, the Republican-Pedagogical Psychological Center, Territorial Pedagogical-Psychological Support Centers, and organizations providing pedagogical-psychological support delegated by the state;
- ✦ psychologists who meet the requirements established by Order N 20-N of the RA Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports dated March 27, 2024, and Decision N 216-N of the RA Government dated February 16, 2023, but do not work in the system;
- ✦ psychologists of non-state preschool and general educational institutions;
- ✦ psychologists on parental leave for children under three years old.
Applications for participation must be submitted through the Education Management Information System platform at.emis.am
