For the third year in a row, the Republican Pedagogical-Psychological Center has been developing adapted workbooks that provide access to the general educational school curriculum through accessible and simplified tasks.
The aim is to organize teaching in such a way that children with different abilities studying in the same classroom will master the educational material as easily as possible.
The workbooks are colourful, interesting, and attractive in both design and accessibility of content. They are successfully used in schools and have become beloved by students.
The RPPC working group had the opportunity to attend the class process at Yerevan Basic School № 24 Named After Suren Spandaryan, where we witnessed the active use of workbooks. As Director Naira Avetisyan noted, students enjoy working with these workbooks: they interest them and help them master subject knowledge through simplified tasks. The received feedback proves that the adapted manuals serve the purpose for which they have been created, contributing to the accessibility and availability of education for all.
The workbooks and other academic and methodological manuals developed by RPPC have been guaranteed as educational materials by the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia, and the electronic versions are available on the RPPC website at the following links: https://hmk.am/hratarakutyunner-2025/
Along with the workbooks, methodological guidelines have also been developed for teachers, which will guide them in the process of working with students.
