It is no coincidence that the progressive development of society is largely determined by the active role of women in public life and their determination to change it. The involvement and active participation of women in the field of education is of particular importance. When women have equal rights to receive education and participate in educational processes, they are able to develop their abilities, become independent and active members of society.
It is also noteworthy that women actively participate in educational management and decision-making processes. Due to the involvement of women in the development of educational policies and the implementation of reforms, greater attention is paid by the state to inclusiveness and the protection of children’s rights. This, in turn, reduces social inequality and promotes the strengthening of democratic values.
Women are not only recipients of knowledge, but also important actors in transmitting knowledge, shaping generations, and carrying the values of society.
