The Republican Pedagogical-Psychological Center held a training course on the “Vocational education and training (VET) system and features of providing pedagogical-psychological support service” from 13-15 February. RPPC specialists took part in this course.
The aim is to increase the awareness of the participants regarding the legal regulations and methodology of the VET and training system in this sector, as well as to contribute to the increase in the effectiveness of the provision of pedagogical and psychological services.
The trainers are education experts Marine Hakobyan, Coordinator-Expert at RA NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Youth and Sport and Director of the “National Education Fund” and Karen Manukyan (RA MoESCS, Head of the Division of Vocational Education and Training).
The training course is carried out with the support of the American people, within the framework of the “Workforce Development in Armenia” program funded by the US Agency for International Development.
Note, the aim of this project is to provide young people and women with the opportunity to improve their work skills to meet the demands of the labor market and to find work in the fields of high technology, agriculture, tourism, and hospitality.
