Nowadays, the issue of professional training is relevant and important. Taking into account this fact, on January 17, 20 2022, a training course for 24 specialists of the Republican Pedagogical-Psychological Center was conducted by the teaching staff of YSU Faculty of Philosophy and Psychology – Professor V. Papoyan, Associate Professor D. Sargsyan and lecturer A. Galstyan on topic “Professional self-determination and choice”.
During the training course, the issues of psychological assessment of professional training were touched upon, the toolkit for assessment of professional activity was presented, with relevant tests, questionnaires and exercises.
The following methods were related:
- ✦ professional training;
- ✦ professional growth;
- ✦ readiness to take action;
- ✦ the preconditions for carrying out regulatory activities.
During the training course, the specialists had the opportunity to apply tests and questionnaires in practice analyzing the specifics of their use in different age groups of children.
