In cooperation with the Republican Pedagogical-Psychological Center and UNICEF, specialists from RPPC Department of Training and Methodological Support conducted two-day training courses in December 2025 on the topic “EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT MEASURES: ACCESSIBILITY AND REASONABLE ADAPTATIONS” for specialists from Shirak, Aragatsotn, Armavir and Kotayk Territorial Pedagogical-Psychological Support Centers of the Republic of Armenia.
The aim of the training courses was to develop the skills and professional abilities of TPPSC specialists in ensuring accessibility to the physical and learning environments of educational institutions, providing reasonable adaptations for students with special educational needs, as well as effectively selecting and applying educational support measures.
The training courses included interactive practical activities aimed at developing reasonable adaptations within the framework of the Individual Educational Plan (IEP). Case studies and group discussions were also conducted in order to strengthen the analytical and applied skills of the participants, ensure access to education, and improve the processes for assessing the inclusiveness of educational institutions.
