From September 1 to October 30, 2026, the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia announces the acceptance of applications for voluntary certification of specialists and pedagogical workers providing pedagogical-psychological support, in accordance with the provisions of Resolution N 772-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated June 12, 2025.
ApplicationS for voluntary certification may be submitted by specialists from։
- ✦ the preschool and general education institutions;
- ✦ the Republican Pedagogical-Psychological Center;
- ✦ the Territorial Pedagogical-Psychological Support Centers;
- ✦ the organizations providing pedagogical-psychological support delegated by the state;
- ✦ those meeting the requirements established by Order N 20-N of the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia dated March 27, 2024, and Decision N 216-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated February 16, 2023, and who are not employed in the institutions and organizations specified in Paragraph 4 of the same Procedure;
- ✦ those from non-state preschool and general education institutions;
- ✦ those on leave to care for a child under three years old.

Next, applicants should log in to the https://my.emis.am system using the login credentials they provided during registration. The guide on how to submit an application through the My.emis.am platform is available at the following link: https://support.emis.am/article/956
When completing the application, it is required to provide the following information:
- name, surname and patronymic of the applicant;
- a document certifying higher education (diploma);
- place of residence (marz and community);
- the field in which the applicant intends to receive certification;
- the social security number;
- email address and phone number.
Applications submitted after the specified deadline will not be accepted.
The certification is conducted in accordance with a pre-established schedule through electronic testing.
