Department of monitoring and data collection

The main functions of the Department of monitoring and data collection are:

  • Collection of monthly, quarterly and annual reports in all departments of The Center.
  • Collecting monthly, quarterly and annual reports received from the Regional Centers for Pedagogical and Psychological Assistance (hereinafter – RCPPA).
  • Ensuring the processing and document flow of the necessary mechanisms and forms for database collection.
  • Consulting on database collection and systematization.
  • Systematization of the information database of The Center.
  • Organization of discussions with the staff of the National Center for Educational Technologies (hereinafter – NCET) on database collection, coordination of activities and implementation of processes carried out at The Center.
  • Discussion of work on the coordination of the database of children with special educational needs (hereinafter the Database) with the staff of National Center for Educational Technology.
  • Organization of trainings for specialists, who are responsible for database collection and coordination of RCPPA database.
  • Conducting various studies and presenting analysis on the process of organizing the education of children with special educational needs.
  • Regular implementation of social research and analysis on various topics and goals within the framework of programs implemented by The Center.
  • Development of tools and schedules for monitoring and evaluating the activities of the various departments of The Center, as well as the work of the staff of those departments.
  • Development of the schedule and tools necessary for monitoring the activities of the Regional Centers for Pedagogical and Psychological Assistance.
  • Collection and systematization of working documents of The Center.
  • Maintenance and systematization of archival documents of The Center.
