The “Mathematics 3” Workbook has been developed within the framework of the 3rd-grade curriculum of a general educational school, based on current coursebooks. The tasks included in the Workbook are aimed at developing the ability to count numbers within 100 and perform arithmetic operations with them, as well as easy comprehension and assimilation of the meaning of arithmetic operations for students with attention, memory, perception characteristics, or special educational needs and/or learning difficulties.
The information overload in the Workbook has been minimized, clearly indicating the objective of the task without unnecessary complexity. At the same time, special attention has been given to the perception and development of students’ mathematical language as an essential prerequisite for successfully mastering the subject, ensuring a more precise comprehension of mathematics and helping students access the terms and formulations used during the learning process.
