A seminar on “Classroom Management” topic was held at the Republican Pedagogical-Psychological Center on June 26, 2024 for social pedagogues of RPPC and TPPSC’s, mentors of “Ensuring the development of Teaching Skills Involving Teachers and teacher assistants” program.
The speaker was Suzanna Petrosyan, a specialist from the RPPC Content Development Department.
The seminar aimed to impart new skills to the participants regarding the means and methods of effective classroom management, the creation of an inclusive environment, and the total formation of learning.
The factors influencing the students’ learning were discussed, emphasizing the importance of classroom management, which includes various procedures for developing an action plan, strategies for working with children, and the importance of developing them together. Also, reference was made to the creation of classroom management procedures in order to organize learning in an interesting and effective manner, joint efforts and feedback mechanisms were emphasized for the formation and establishment of a supportive environment, the development of classroom management rules and their consistent implementation.
