The 11th stage of the “Ensuring the Development of Teaching Skills of Teachers and Teacher Assistants in Comprehensive Schools” program implemented by the Republican Pedagogical-Psychological Center was launched in September 2024. Training courses were held in 63 schools in the regions of Armenia, thus marking the beginning of a new and more responsible cooperation.
Teachers, teacher assistants, psychologists, special and social educators, as well as school directors and management staff (deputy directors and coordinators of educational support and educational work) participate in the training courses conducted by mentors.
Due to the introduction of the “Ensuring the Development of Teaching Skills of Teachers and Teacher Assistants in Comprehensive Schools” course in the list of teacher training courses to certification (Order N1530-A/2 of the RA ESCS Minister dated August 21), a significant number of teachers are also undergoing certification.
During the training sessions, the presentation of theoretical material is accompanied by active practical work, enabling participants to acquire new knowledge and deepen their abilities and skills aimed at implementing inclusive teaching.
The tendency of teachers following the principle of “teaching not for everyone, but for each” in the teaching process is evidence of the effectiveness of work carried out in a collaborative and constructive atmosphere.
