Within the framework of cooperation between the Republican Pedagogical-Psychological Center and QaylTech company, awareness-raising meetings are being held for directors of the RA general educational institutions.
The events are implemented based on Article 35, Clause 3.1 of the RA Law “On General Education”, according to which the expenses for the maintenance of state general educational institutions also include allocations from the state budget in order to adapt the physical environment for children having special educational needs, including those with disabilities.
On July 4, 2025, an awareness-raising meeting was held with the participation of directors of general educational institutions affiliated with Yerevan N 4 Territorial Pedagogical-Psychological Support Center, as well as staff from RPPC and TPPSCs.
During the Meeting, devices and technologies designed to ensure physical accessibility were presented, the use of which can significantly contribute to improving the accessibility of the environment of educational institutions.
It should be noted that QaylTech company is engaged in comprehensive solutions to the problems of people with disabilities, from rehabilitation medicine to promoting social inclusion, while simultaneously cooperating with various state departments and organizations of the Republic of Armenia.
The school directors welcomed the initiative and, at the same time, presented their concerns and observations.
