On July 2, 2025, the Republican Pedagogical-Psychological Center was full of people.
RPPC “MIASIN” Theater Troupe, with the support of Mirak Weissbach Foundation of the Fund for Armenian Relief (FAR), presented a new performance entitled “IN OUR WORLD,” based on the works of “House of Humanity” by William Saroyan and “When I Became an Adult” by Hrachya Manukyan.
The author of the production and staging was the Director of “MIASIN” Theater Troupe Marine Asatryan.
“IN OUR WORLD” is a story about heroes who are obsessed with the search for the meaning of life, each of whom is looking for the answers to their questions, their true identity and their “point” of self-expression in the world. The actors of the theater troupe offered their formula for discovering the world through self-knowledge and self-discovery, leading the idea of looking at the world through one’s own window into OUR unified WORLD.
Parents also played an important role in the performance, as indispensable helpers of the inhabitants of OUR WORLD, which conveyed a unique message of positive parenting to the audience. The heroes of the performance, uniting with their parents, created the “MIASIN” orchestra, and a unique piece was performed, where each played their own musical instrument, simultaneously demonstrating the ability to listen to music and cooperate in that context.
At the end of the performance, the actors of the theater troupe were awarded with certificates and souvenir notebooks decorated with their original drawings and brushstrokes.
As a result of the collaborative work of young actors, parents, the creative team, and RPPC staff, “IN OUR WORLD” performance was created, where there was room for everyone, and the audience itself involuntarily became one of the heroes of the performance.
