The United Nations General Assembly unanimously declared 2 April as World Autism Awareness Day.
As with all populations, autistic people have a wide range of talents and challenges that are often not recognized by the world they are born into. In addition, the levels of awareness and acceptance vary dramatically from country to country.
On this day, various events and awareness actions are held in different countries, aiming to bring society closer to autism. By identifying their potential in time and providing them with appropriate education, we will make significant progress in various spheres of society, education, science, art, sports, and others.
So, let’s move from surviving to thriving!
