This manual is based on attitude as a guarantee of inclusion, adaptation of social and physical environments, and presentation of teaching methods and tricks.
In addition to the presented methods and tricks, methodical instructions are given to promote the effective learning and participation of chldren with SEN with descriptions of adaptations and alternative elements.
The aim of the manual is to enable teachers, teacher assistants, other specialists working in the field of education to participate in the introduction of the idea of total inclusion and to be able to provide the necessary adjustments on their own, taking into account the abilities and educational needs of each child.

This manual is intended to clarify the responsibilities and tasks of a teacher assistant, as well as a description of ways to work with teachers.
The manual consists of 3 parts. The first part presents the working models of the teacher's assistant, his/her requirements and responsibilities both in other countries and in Armenia.
The second part presents the main content of the teacher assistant's activities and the directions of the implemented activities as a pedagogical employee in general educational establishment.
The third part presents the possibility of cooperation between the teacher's assistant and all stakeholders in the educational process, the joint work aimed the effective implementation of the teaching process.

The manual consists of 3 parts. The first part presents the education problems, challenges and ways of overcoming. They are presented from the point of view of teachers, parents and education specialists and legal acts.
The second part presents the peculiarities of education and development of children with SEN, effective strategies, methods, tricks, adaptations, which can be used in general education establishments.
The third part presents the principles and directions of effective teacher-parent-specialist cooperation, the rights and responsibilities of the participants in the educational process.
So, the manual is intended for teachers, education specialists and a wide range of readers, who are interested in educational issues.
