Specialists working with children with hearing disabilities from general educational establishments, RPPC and TPPSCs were involved in this workshop.
It was aimed at getting acquainted with the UN Convention, the Optional Protocol, the new law, and the rights of persons with hearing impairments, as well as to raise and discuss existing issues and suggest possible options for solutions to those issues.
The president of ”The Voice of Silence NGO” Artashes Hovhannisyan presented the problems faced during the education:

- ✦ incomplete education,
- ✦ need for support services and other assistive technologies.
