The next video created in collaboration with the Republican Pedagogical-Psychological Center and the “Armenian Caritas” Benevolent Non-Governmental Organization is a short social story entitled “TO TRULY KNOW, ONE MUST LOVE”, which is based on a story included in the “How to Enable Classroom Inclusion” Methodological Manual developed by RPPC.
The hero of this short success story is Karen. He is ten years old and experiences difficulties with communication and adapting to the new environment, yet his classmates and teachers find it difficult to understand him. There is an impression that he does not want to learn and is known at school as a “difficult child”. However, thanks to the organized and competent cooperation, coordinated actions, consistent work and environmental adaptations of the class teacher, psychologist, Karen’s parents and classmates, Karen gradually began to change. By discovering his interests and strengths, he was able to overcome challenges, find effective ways to communicate and build relationships with classmates and teachers, express himself, and manage his emotions and energy.
The film series, developed in collaboration with the RPPC and “Armenian Caritas” Benevolent Non-Governmental Organization, was created within the framework of the “My Right. Next Level. Inclusive Education in Armenia and Kosovo” project. The project is funded by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA) with funds from Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC) and Caritas Austria (Innsbruck).
You can watch the other videos of the film series on the RPPC website.
