A consultation was held with the participation of school directors in the Gegharkunik Region on August 29.
The RA MoESCS deputy minister Zhanna Andreasyan, Deputy Governor of Gegharkunik Rubik Navoyan, the head of the Education Department of MoESCS Karen Zazyan, director of NCEDI Foundation Artashes Torosyan, director of RPPC Araksia Svajyan, head of the department of development and implementation of general education and extracurricular programs of the RA MoESCS Susanna Azatyan.
However, the discussions were related to the new standardս, the reforms taking place in the field, the changes made in the law, regulating the process of educational organization, the upcoming programs, and other issues.
The Deputy Minister spoke about the new state programs aimed at increasing the teacher’s salary, including the voluntary certification, as a result of which the teachers with higher points will get a higher salary.
The property to be provided to the schools of the region with the RA Government funding and other reforms aimed at increasing the quality of education and improving the system were highlighted.
They talked about the preparations for the new academic year and the work being done to improve the quality of education in schools.
Also, a reference was made to the changes taking place in the process of organizing inclusive education, the organization of training courses, and other programs implemented in the field.
