According to the new regulation, it is proposed to establish a state obligation according to which students of educational establishments implementing a special program will be provided with textbooks and other materials necessary for studying at the expense of state funds.
The aim of the project is to transfer to total inclusion in preschool, general education, pre-vocational (vocational), and secondary vocational education.
Particularly, the state provides the students of the 1st to 4th grades of the educational institutions implementing the elementary general education program, as well as all classes of the educational establishments implementing the special program, with the textbooks provided for the elementary general and special general education programs at the expense of the state budget.
It is planned to establish targeted funding from the state budget for preschool, general education, pre-vocational (vocational), and secondary vocational educational establishments in order to ensure reasonable adjustments in the process of organizing the education of persons with SEN, including those with disabilities.
