The August consultations for the 2022-2023 academic year are going on.
The next meeting was held with the participation of 118 public schools’ directors of the Aragatsotn Region.
It was conducted by MoESCS Deputy Minister Zhanna Andreasyan, Head of MoESCS General Education Department Arsen Baghdasaryan, NCEDI Foundation director Artashes Torosyan, RPPC director Araqsia Svajyan, General Secretary of Aragatsotn Municipality Hrachya Gevorgyan, Head of Education and Culture Department Galust Tadevosyan and other representatives.
So, Mrs. Andreasyan mentioned that Armenia is one of the few countries that has been able to ensure the continuity of education in the conditions of the pandemic.
Starting from September 2023, the process of introducing new standards will start in all schools, which implies extensive preparatory work with the involvement of general education specialists from all regions” she said.
Many issues related to the sector were discussed.
