A meeting was held at the Republican Pedagogical-Psychological Center with the participation of the directors of the TPPSC on November 30th. The topics discussed on the agenda were:
- ✦ clarification of the deadlines and terms of implementation of pedagogical-psychological support services by TPPSCs
- ✦ carrying out repeated assessments of SEN action planning within the framework of the “Help Parents” program
- ✦ the works carried out within the framework of the implementation of the preschool total inclusive education system secondary vocational education and training
- ✦ schedule for total inclusive education
- ✦ as well as issues related to Focus-groups and conclusions of the SEN issued by RPPC.
During the meeting, the results of the monthly work of TPPSCs were summarized, and the mechanisms to organize the TPPSC activities more effectively were discussed. In particular, through the exchange of positive experiences, there were recommendations to find constructive solutions to existing problems.
RPPC director A. Svajyan mentioned the difficulties faced by regional TPPSCs in particular, referring to the mechanisms for assessing the need for psychological support of children in educational establishments of border settlements due to the war situation, emphasizing the importance of providing a complex solution to them. The directors of TPPSCs also came up with recommendations arising from the situation.
Additionally, RPPC deputy director Haykuhi Adamyan and the Head of the Department of Training and Methodological Support Ani Gareginyan summarized the results of the monitoring of students’ IEPs and the organization of the training process by the TPPSCs.
