A three-day training course was held in the Republican Pedagogical-Psychological Center on “Help the helpers” topic for the specialists of the TPPCSs of Yerevan and the RA regions by the specialists of RPPC, Department of Training and methodological support Gayane Harutyunyan and Lusine Hakobyan on October 11-13, 2023.
The aim of this training course was to share various skills with specialists, which will help them support teachers:
- ✦ to have a more stable and positive state of mind,
- ✦ to recognize signs of stress and apply appropriate approaches,
- ✦ also, these skills will allow them to practically test effective steps and techniques or tricks to resist stress and increase general stress resistance.
The training course was full of discussions, practical tasks, and active group work as well.
