On March 13, 2026, the webinar on “CREATING GOAL ORIENTATED ACTIVITIES” was held within the framework of cooperation between the Republican Pedagogical-Psychological Center and “Perkins International” Perkins School for the Blind organization.
The speakers of the Webinar were Martina Celizić and Nikolina Juric Tanfara, experts from the “Perkins International” organization.
The webinar emphasized the importance of creating targeted lessons that are tailored to children’s needs. The speakers presented mechanisms for developing lessons that are aimed at acquiring necessary and primary functional skills and will contribute to the development of various everyday skills in their natural environments.
Principles for developing goal oriented lessons and activities were considered, adapting them to the children’s needs and increasing their participation in various daily activities, as well as stimulating their willingness to acquire new skills, encouraging modern approaches and strategies for developing appropriate sequential steps.
The speakers of the Webinar provided participants with such tools and skills that will help learners with multiple disabilities achieve their goals.
