On July 9, 2026, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Republican Pedagogical-Psychological Center and the Armenian State Pedagogical University, aimed at strengthening partnership in the field of inclusive education and implementing joint initiatives.
The Memorandum was signed by Lilit Mnatsakanyan, Director of the Republican Pedagogical-Psychological Center, and Lilit Mkrtchyan, ASPU Acting Rector.
The aim of the Memorandum is to combine the professional and scientific and educational potential of the two institutions, contributing to the development of inclusive education, improving the quality of educational services, and strengthening the capabilities of specialists in the field.
Within the framework of the cooperation, it is envisaged to implement educational, scientific and research programs, develop educational and methodological resources, organise training courses and professional events, expand the cooperation with Territorial Pedagogical-Psychological Support Centers, as well as organise the professional internship for ASPU students at the Republican Pedagogical-Psychological Center and Territorial Pedagogical-Psychological Support Centers, contributing to the development of practical capacities and professional skills of future specialists.
Both sides attached importance to the continuity of joint activities in order to develop the inclusive education system and improve the quality of educational services.
