The training courses on “CONSCIOUS PARENTING AS AN IMPORTANT FACTOR IN CHILD DEVELOPMENT” topic implemented by the Republican Pedagogical-Psychological Center continue.
The aim of the Course is to develop parents’ knowledge, skills, and conscious attitude towards effective parenting, contributing to the healthy emotional, social, and cognitive development of children, strengthening positive communication in the family, as well as preventing and overcoming learning difficulties.
Around 335 parents of students from general education institutions operating in the service areas of Artik, Shirak, Armavir, Vagharshapat, Gegharkunik, Kotayk, Ashtarak, Goris, Sisian, Vanadzor and Spitak Territorial Pedagogical-Psychological Support Centers, as well as “For You” Charitable NGO, Vayots Dzor branch of the “Child Development Foundation” and Dilijan and Ijevan branches of the “Bridge of Hope” NGO, participated in the training courses held in May-June 2026.
The trainers were Armine Avagyan and Marine Babayan, Methodologist-Trainers at RPPC Department of Training and Methodological Support.
The Training Course was designed around the principle of integrating theoretical and practical components, ensuring the active involvement and effective engagement of the participants. Through practical activities, group discussions and situational exercises, parents had the opportunity to strengthen their knowledge of conscious parenting, develop effective communication and cooperation skills, as well as acquire practical tools that will contribute to the full development and well-being of children and the formation of a healthy, safe and supportive environment in the family.
