On September 11, 2026, within the framework of “Ensuring the Development of Inclusive Teaching Skills of Teachers and Teacher Assistants of Secondary Schools” program, Director of the Republican Pedagogical-Psychological Center (RPPC) Lilit Mnatsakanyan held an online meeting with the Directors of the Secondary Schools participating in the Program. Representatives from 60 schools across RA Marzes and Yerevan participated in the Meeting.
L. Mnatsakanyan presented the main objective, directions, implementation procedure, and planned activities of the Program to the school directors.
Particular attention was attached to the role and framework of the activities carried out by mentors in enhancing teachers’ professional skills.
RPPC Director emphasized the active involvement and participation of school leaders in the effective implementation of the Program, highlighting that its success largely depends on effective and continuous cooperation among schools, mentors, and the Program team.
During the Meeting, school directors presented their questions and observations regarding the various stages of the implementation and organizational matters of the Program, and appropriate clarifications were provided.
The Meeting provided an opportunity to clarify the activities planned within the framework of the Program, establish a shared understanding of the next steps, and strengthen cooperation with the leaders of the participating schools.
Such meetings are important for establishing effective cooperation with school leaders, ensuring a shared understanding of the objectives and working approaches of the Program, and facilitating its smooth launch and subsequent implementation.
