While working at the Republican Pedagogical – Psychological Center, Haykuhi had participated in many programs, which were implemented with various local and international organizations aimed at developing the professional abilities of support specialists and teachers, creating an accessible educational environment for children.
Also, she is a fully-qualified teacher and psychologist with more than 15 years of working experience with children. She is the author of several educational guides targeted at expanding and improving inclusive education.

It is important that each child is provided with equal opportunities and access to participate in the education process. One of the most important principles for creating an inclusive educational environment is that each child should have access to general educational establishments in their community.
