Republican Pedagogical -Psychological Center celebrated Book Giving Day and International Mother Language Day! We presented our 13 manuals and textbooks, which were developed by the center’s specialists in 2022.
The “Book Festival at the RPPC” event took place in the Center on February 21. Guests of the presentation were Deputy Minister of MoESCS Araksia Svajyan, representatives of UNICEF Armenia Office and Armenian State Pedagogical University, Armenian Relief Fund, Armenian Caritas, “Luse” Foundation, and TPPSCs, as well as the authors.
RPPC acting director Haykuhi Adamyan welcomed the guests and emphasized the goals of the new editions.
The presentation of new editions was also an opportunity to bring together the materials and manuals published by the RPPC as well as to represent the “Online Library” of the RPPC website.
Deputy Minister of MoESCS A. Svajyan emphasized the cooperation between TPPSCs and educational establishments, as well as the interconnected work with the perspective of better quality education.
Afterwards, Monika Meliksetyan, a member of the “MIASIN” theater troupe, “read” the interactive book “If I were a book” by Jose Jorge and Andre Letria.
Then the authors presented the manuals and textbooks. The participants of the event also watched a video, about children’s opinions on our new editions. Furthermore, the authors of the textbooks and the guests received the newly published books, and the event concluded with a surprise – a unique exhibition of alternative books, where interesting samples prepared by the Center’s specialists were also presented.
