Ani started working in this sphere in 2008. She organizes and coordinates the training courses conducted by the Republican Pedagogical-Psychological Center for the pedagogical workers of RA Territorial Pedagogical-Psychological Support Centers and educational establishments, representatives of educational organizations, as well as parents.
Also, she is the co-author of about 10 manuals and methodical guides for teachers, teacher assistants, other pedagogical workers, parents, and a wide range of individuals.
