The final meeting of the next phase of the program “Ensuring the development of teaching skills of teachers and teacher assistants of general schools” was held at the Republican Pedagogical-Psychological Center in 2023 on May 31.
RPPC director Lilit Mnatsakanyan presented the current changes related to this project and the prospects for further development. A number of important issues related to the implementation of the mentoring support methodology and toolkits were discussed, and future tasks were clarified as well.
Furthermore, mentors presented recommendations for the continuous development of inclusive teaching capacity, improving the quality and increasing the effectiveness of the mentoring support program.
The meeting took place in a constructive working atmosphere.
