Specialist of RPPC Department of Monitoring and data collection M. Hovhannisyan, conducted a training course on the “Development of Trainers’ Skills and Abilities” topic on April 21, 2023.
It was aimed at developing the professional skills and abilities of trainers.
The participants got acquainted with new approaches, toolkits, and modern methods of conducting training courses. The “Bloom’s Taxonomy” classification was also discussed during the training course, as well as the features of adult’s education.
Additionally, the participants shared their experiences and the training course was held with lively discussions.
