Training courses on “Prevention and response to violence against children” started on June 22, 2023. Almost 900 educators from 45 schools of RA regions are going to take part.
“ACCESSIBLE COMMUNITY SOCIAL SERVICES” (CLASS) program, funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by World Vision Armenia, Children’s Development Fօundation, Women’s Support Center, and ARNAP Foundation. It is aimed at strengthening the social protection system in Armenia through effective community social work and improving the lives of the most vulnerable children and their families.
The training courses were organized jointly with the Republican Pedagogical – Psychological Center.
The aim of the training courses is to contribute to the development of the abilities of educators, enabling them to understand what violence against children is, to get an idea of the child protection system, to identify the manifestations of violence, and to provide effective solutions to the issues that arise as well.
